Abstract:  Representatives of different sized enterprises participated in a panel discussion to compare local practices in relation to confidentiality agreements.  The focus of the discussion was the following:

• Strategies to bolster the enforceability of confidentiality agreements
• Attitudes toward liquidated damages and other pre-agreed remedy/penalty clauses in confidentiality agreements
• Practices in ensuring compliance with confidentiality agreements
